Banana Cabana Cocktails and School Bread: Aaron's Disney World Trip Report
Have you ever watched someone experience Disney World for the first time? There's something magical about witnessing that transformation from skepticism to wonder. On our latest adventure to Florida, that's exactly what happened when Kristie, previously Disney-indifferent, fell head over heels for Animal Kingdom.
Our journey began with a coastal Florida road trip before diving into an action-packed two-day Disney experience. We strategically planned our park days, starting with Animal Kingdom where our rope drop strategy paid off magnificently. While crowds rushed to Flight of Passage, we conquered both Expedition Everest and Dinosaur before the park even opened to regular guests! This early start, combined with strategic Lightning Lane usage, allowed us to experience everything Animal Kingdom offers—from the breathtaking Festival of the Lion King show to the immersive animal trails where Christy spent so much time watching the gorillas we almost missed our next reservation.
Food became an unexpected highlight, especially at Satu'li Canteen where we discovered incredible non-meat options during our Lent Friday visit. The Chili Garlic Shrimp Bowl with sweet potato hash and surprising boba pearls created a flavor combination that was absolutely outstanding and has become a must-try recommendation.
Day two took us to Epcot during the bustling Flower and Garden Festival. Despite initial hesitation, rope dropping Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind proved to be the perfect decision. The 40-minute wait was more than worth it for what might be Disney's most thrilling and immersive new attraction. Living with the Land emerged as a surprising group favorite, while World Showcase provided essential food experiences like School Bread from Norway and fish and chips from the UK that were so good they've become a personal go-to.
Perhaps most valuable was our resort hopping experience, which gave us a broader appreciation for Disney's diverse accommodations. From the elegant Grand Floridian to the rustic charm of Port Orleans Riverside, these explorations helped shape future stay preferences while creating additional magical moments outside the parks.
Whether you're planning your first Disney trip or your fiftieth, we hope our experiences offer some helpful insights and inspiration. Have you witnessed someone's first Disney transformation? We'd love to hear your stories in the comments!
Here's who we are and what is in store for you
Hello and welcome to Cheers to Ears, where today we have a very exciting trip recap. Yes, why is it exciting? Because it was my trip.
Speaker 2:It was your trip.
Speaker 1:It won't be as exciting for you but, like I, live vicariously through you for your trips.
Speaker 2:And vice versa.
Speaker 1:Right, vice versa.
Speaker 2:Yes, you text nonstop while you're in the parks. Yep, before I wake up, after you go to bed.
Speaker 1:Yep, and hopefully I'll get the same from you Every time you go. We're having a banana cabana today, and where would one find that I lost a drink? Sorry, on my phone. So anyway, this is our first ever away game podcast. Yes, we're recording somewhere different than we used to record at my house.
Speaker 2:Yes.
Speaker 1:And now we're at your place.
Speaker 2:Yes, it just worked out better to be here, yeah we recorded because I had a soccer game.
Speaker 1:So, yeah, I'm getting used to it here, getting used to the whole.
Speaker 2:Comfy chair.
Speaker 1:Yeah, it's a very comfy chair Way, comfier than I. You're a better host than me, but anyway, this drink's served at Muddy Rivers. Okay, it's at the Pool Bar at Port Orleans Riverside Resort at Disney World.
Speaker 2:Nice.
Speaker 1:We're drinking the Banana Cabana.
Speaker 2:Yes.
Speaker 1:Which both Christy and I enjoyed when we were on different days at the bar. It has Cruzan Mango Rum, Parrot Bay Coconut Rum Bowls, Creme de Banana, Orange Juice and Pineapple Juice with a float of grenadine for $16.50.
Speaker 2:Okay, and so we had to, based on what we had we kind of mixed it up a little bit. We did a shot of spiced rum, a shot of coconut rum, a shot of banana rum, a shot of pineapple juice, a shot of orange juice, a splash of grenadine. And I just realized this you said mango. You actually brought the I didn't bring mango Passion fruit syrup, so it's got passion fruit instead. It does, which is fine. It's quite good. It tastes almost exactly the same. It's a fruity drink from Disney.
Speaker 1:I thought I grabbed the mango. Did I read it last night?
Speaker 2:I don't know.
Speaker 1:I grabbed the fridge right before I left.
Speaker 2:Oh well. Well, I mean, it tastes good. Yeah, it's a good drink.
Speaker 1:This is a banana cabana with passion fruit.
Speaker 2:Yes, but it had the banana rum, so we're good there. Right, so we had the banana rum instead of crème de banana, because we didn't have crème de banana. Yeah, and when's the next banana drink? I'm surprised. We had banana rum. We've done a couple of. Yeah, I know this is crazy and I picked up. I don't know why I picked it up, but I got some minis of banana liqueur, some cheap banana liqueur, and because they were like 99 cents for a drink or two drinks yeah but then we got the banana rum, so we decided not to do the banana liqueur for anything, we'll just use banana rum.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 2:This is good, it works.
Speaker 1:I like it. Yeah, tasty stuff. So it has three shots of alcohol in it. So we'll see where we're at in about 15, 20 minutes here, I would say Christy's driving home, huh.
Speaker 2:Yep.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so anyway, I went to Disney.
Speaker 2:You went to Disney, yeah.
Speaker 1:It was a whole trip. So it was a planned trip to see my son Elijah and his girlfriend Addie.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:And so I'm just going to go on the trip. Okay, the whole week, just really quick.
Speaker 2:You had a lot of drinks, a lot of places non-Dizzy.
Speaker 1:I thought I had more. I won't talk about the non-Dizzy drinks. That's for another time and place for my all-Florida days.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:So we flew into Jacksonville and rented a car. That was the plan. We were just going to drive down the coast for the week. The original plan was to drive from Jacksonville to Key West for the week and just and just stay at a bunch of different hotels and just drive every day, and see as much as we could, but it slowly morphed into going to.
Speaker 2:we got as far as Fort Pierce, and where is that? Is it Palm City?
Speaker 1:It's south of Orlando on the coast, right, so it's southeast of Orlando, okay, and it's about two and a half hours from Orlando.
Speaker 2:Okay, southeast, so not quite, I don't think Palm City.
Speaker 1:I don't think we didn't go to Palm City, so we went to every city along the way.
Speaker 2:Along the way.
Speaker 1:Between Jacksonville and Fort Pierce and a little bit. So we went to Port St Lucie St Lucy, I'm sorry I call it Port St Lucie Luce all week long Thought I was.
Speaker 2:French and it's Lucy.
Speaker 1:So we went. That's as far as we got south. Okay, so we just explored the coast, went to a bunch of cool stuff, went to like tiki bars and stuff every day A bunch of cool foods. And then Ended up Thursday we drove up to Orlando.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:So Friday and Saturday we only did two park days.
Speaker 2:And you didn't stay the first night at the Disney hotel.
Speaker 1:We did not. So we got into Orlando early that morning. We left the hotel really early. Oh, okay, got into Orlando, went straight to Disney Springs. Okay, free parking, yeah, hanging out. We walked around all Disney Springs, I showed Christy and it was better than when we went, because it wasn't pouring down rain. So we really got to see. When me and you went to To Disney Springs it rained and it was dark and I'm trying to think of when we went September.
Speaker 1:Yeah, we went the day we met Eli, oh, the day we met Eli and it was pouring. Remember we sat on the rain On that Walt statue, that Walt bench that Walt bench.
Speaker 2:Yeah, that's right, it was all soaking wet, soaking wet.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so we just kind of cruised. It was early in the morning still, so it wasn't too hot. Okay, we just walked around and checked all the stores out.
Speaker 2:There's a lot of stores there.
Speaker 1:Yeah, looked inside of all the restaurants and then we got kind of thirsty so we went into Art Lindsay's Hangar Bar.
Speaker 2:Jack Lindsay, jack Lindsay, jack Lindsay. Why did I put art down? I do this all the time.
Speaker 1:Because I am booking a reservation at. Oh, I was thinking about your reservation.
Speaker 2:Chef Art Smith's Homecoming Homecoming yeah, yes.
Speaker 1:Jack Lindsay's Hangar Bar.
Speaker 2:Yes.
Speaker 1:Which I found out he was Indiana Jones pilot. Yes, I did not know that. So Jack Lindsay's Jack Lindsay's Hangar Bar. We went there and had a drink. That's all we had there. We just sat down and had a drink and a water. I had what's called a wrong island. It's like a Long Island, but it has orange liqueur. Oh, so it's very good, christy. I couldn't remember what drink Christy had for the life of me and I forgot to ask her before we started here, but she also had a beverage. It was.
Speaker 2:If I looked at that picture, I would know.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I'll pull it up here while we're talking about our stuff.
Speaker 2:Actually you keep talking. I'll look it up.
Speaker 1:Okay, so we walked around there. Then, before we went to our hotel, we took a bus to Boardwalk.
Speaker 2:Okay.
Speaker 1:And then we cruised over the Grand Californian too. So during the time she got to ride the Skyliner, What'd she think of the Skyliner? She loved the Skyliner, she, Skyliner. What'd she think of the Skyliner? She loved the Skyliner. She had no idea. So she didn't know anything about Disney World before we went. So that was pretty cool to see her seeing everything for the first time and not even researching or knowing anything about it. We visited the Grand Floridian, which she loved. I didn't know she would like it as much as she did yeah.
Speaker 1:I told her to pick a hotel and then we went to the boardwalk and walked around there.
Speaker 2:Okay.
Speaker 1:She wasn't a huge fan of the boardwalk from what we saw of it.
Speaker 2:Really.
Speaker 1:It was really hot out at the time.
Speaker 2:Yeah, and.
Speaker 1:I wanted to. It was 1, about 1 pm.
Speaker 2:Okay.
Speaker 1:And we were about ready to go to our hotel and check in and then get something to eat outside of Disney. We were going to get something to eat in Orlando.
Speaker 2:Uh-huh.
Speaker 1:So, side of disney, we're gonna get something to eat in orlando, uh-huh. So I thought let's just get something to eat here. Let's go to this abracadabra, which I really wanted to go to. It doesn't open till 4 pm yeah, I remember, I forgot that yeah, I forgot that, and so it was stupid.
Speaker 1:There was nothing open except for except for the cake bake shop and that little place. We went with the sandwiches yes, with a soup and sandwich. Uh-huh, that place was open and she didn't want that, so I didn't get to try. I'm still have not gone to abracadabra I'm bummed I really that's one of my, that's one of my bucket list things, now that I haven't been there I might have to try 4 pm is a tough time so we land at 3 40, okay, when I go.
Speaker 2:Well, that might work so soon as we hit, and I think we're going to Uber from the airport, so we'll get there pretty quick, right, I'd say by 4.30. So I might, before it gets packed, it might be something to run up there and go sit there, right, because that was our only hot drink we've ever had was from Abracadabra. Yes, the something coffee, the Boardwalk Cafe. Abracadabra yes, the something coffee, the boardwalk cafe. Exactly, yes, good drink memory. Yes, and I can't even remember it was. It was like a cafe viennese, which is where you let the whipped cream melt into the coffee, and it had a shot of like vodka, I think yeah, I really want to go there.
Speaker 2:I really want to go there and I want to stay there it and I want to stay there.
Speaker 1:It's my favorite hotel, yeah, but I would have to just book it and not tell Christy that's where we're staying. Because she won't even care where we stay.
Speaker 2:Probably not.
Speaker 1:Also, I don't care where we stay. I thought about this on the way home. I don't need a hotel.
Speaker 2:No, it doesn't matter to me, it's where you sleep. I'm only sleeping there, yeah.
Speaker 1:I'm not a pool guy. We went to the pool every night and I could care less.
Speaker 2:Yeah, if you're a pool guy, I mean Yacht and Beach. You were at a good pool there were many pools at our hotel. Yeah, they were everywhere.
Speaker 1:Yeah, yeah. So we visited those two resorts and then went to our hotel, which was the Crowne Plaza Lake Buena Vista.
Speaker 2:Okay, that's where we stayed, so you went back off property.
Speaker 1:We went off property. We stayed there Thursday night, stayed off property, and then I found I tried to find the closest hotel to our hotel, the resort we were staying at.
Speaker 2:Oh, okay.
Speaker 1:So it'd be easy to drive there because we had free parking at the resort. Yeah, the next morning. So the plan was just to drive to the resort, hop on the bus, go to Animal Kingdom and you went real early so you could rope drop Right yeah.
Speaker 1:So we stayed outside the Disney bubble. Okay, how was that? Amazing, that's what I wanted to talk about, because we talk about Harvard Boulevard all the time at Disneyland. Yeah Right, this was just right outside of Disneyland. Disney World, disney World, sorry, and their gin pop beats Disneyland's gin pop. Oh yeah, big time. By far Nice hotel, very, very inexpensive hotel. How?
Speaker 1:much was it a night, so with tax, I paid $106. Wow, I know it was the cheapest hotel by a long ways. The whole week we stayed at we stayed at, I think, six different hotels $106. With tax, that's really cheap, with the balcony facing the parks. Wow, it was kind of cloudy. We couldn't see the fireworks too well, but they were definitely there on a nice day. On a nice day, but we ate at a little Latin called Sofrido's Latin Cafe, which is right across the street. Mm-hmm, very good food Okay.
Speaker 2:Also inexpensive. Nice.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I had a drink and a big Cuban sandwich.
Speaker 2:I found the other drink that you had. Okay, go for it. The Fountain of Youth. That's what she ordered. Yes, blue Curacao.
Speaker 1:Yep, that was what it was.
Speaker 2:Yep and other stuff.
Speaker 1:So it was an amazing first night, and we hadn't even been to the parks yet.
Speaker 2:Yeah Well, when you get a resort hop, well we like to resort hop, mm-hmm. So if we get a chance to resort hop, we're happy. I know, but did Chrissy enjoy the resort hopping? I think she did?
Speaker 1:We had to ask her Did Christy enjoy the resort hopping? I think she did?
Speaker 2:We had to ask her.
Speaker 1:Okay, yeah, I asked for any advice today that they had about our Epcot day or anything from the kids and Christy, and I just got a couple things from Addie. I didn't get a thing from Christy.
Speaker 2:Okay.
Speaker 1:So maybe we'll have her on someday, since she's not as Disney indifferent as she used to be. Yeah, which we will come over this as we visit the Animal Kingdom, yes, on Friday morning. So this is Friday. Last Friday, the 11th, we visited Animal Kingdom and we got up early, drove to Port Orleans Riverside where we were staying.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:Dropped our car off right by the bus place. Yeah, the bus station. What time did the bus leave? At least 40, so they always leave 45 minutes before the first park entry. Okay, so if you have for early entry. So 45 minutes before early entry is when the bus starts.
Speaker 2:So 645. 645 is when it starts, okay, nice, and it came right on time. Yeah.
Speaker 1:We hopped on. We were there early and got right in the park, walked right in. I took my umbrella that day, but it didn't rain.
Speaker 2:Yeah, walked in the parks, decided we would rope drop everest, since everyone else was going to flight of passage, flight of passage yeah, everybody goes.
Speaker 1:I said, let's do everest. We could probably do it three times today if we go right now yeah right, it'd be easy, and we already had the single pass for flight of passage later in the day. So I wasn't worried about writing it twice, so we did that. We rope drop. Everest got up right on it right away yeah so before the park opened I I was like surprised at how fast we got on it and rode the ride yeah it was surprisingly very fast, and so I was like the closest ride is dinosaur from there.
Speaker 2:Yeah, we're at now.
Speaker 1:Let's go. Before the park opened, we rode everest and dinosaur oh nice before the park opened to gin pop. Yeah, and Dinosaur, oh nice Before the park opened to Gen Pop, yeah Right. So totally had those two done. And then the rest of the day we had some lightning lanes. I think the lightning lane for even Animal Kingdom is completely worth it.
Speaker 2:Because it's only like $16, $18. Right, but it guarantees you, it makes it easier Almost, just for making it easier To get into Lion King.
Speaker 1:Right that was simple. We walked right in. We had a 15 minute grace period. Looking when the show started, I did it for Lion King, for Finding Nemo. Okay yeah, and for the Birds of Flight, all three shows. Does that have lightning?
Speaker 2:for Birds of Flight I think they do.
Speaker 1:Oh, maybe Flight All three shows I did. Does that have lightning for Birds of Flight? I think they do. Oh, maybe they do. If they do, I did it. I forgot if they did or not.
Speaker 2:Although, it's one of those things where Because we got the last show- yeah, because you just get in first, like Finding Nemo.
Speaker 1:We got in there first. Oh, that's right, you get the best seats Right. There was no one in there. When we walked in Nice, we walked in, there was nobody. Same with Lion King. We walked into Lion King, we were the first people in Sat right in the front.
Speaker 2:Oh, excellent. It was excellent and she loved the Lion King show.
Speaker 1:Loved Lion Because I had a Lightning Lane for it. So we did Everest and then had a Lightning Lane for Everest right at the park open, oh nice. So we rode it twice right in a row almost.
Speaker 2:Okay.
Speaker 1:And so then I got a Lightning Lane for Fianemo, okay, and she was surprised at how good it was.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it's a good one.
Speaker 1:Yeah, and I was like you haven't seen nothing yet.
Speaker 2:Yeah it's really really good, but lion king dwarfs it so much that you you don't quite realize how good it is right because that one's phenomenal the acting's so good though.
Speaker 1:Yeah, and how many parts the different people play?
Speaker 2:uh, one guy will put like six parts yeah six different fish yeah, I like the puppet where it's the person running around with a puppet yeah, I've always liked that style.
Speaker 1:Right to switch your character like that, though.
Speaker 2:I thought it was great.
Speaker 1:I really like the acting and the they got some talent. Yeah, their talent was amazing yeah yeah, on the Lion King show, so we could talk about all. We went on all the rides at Animal Kingdom. We did everything we did everything before what like 1 pm.
Speaker 2:Yeah, and it's. I mean they say it's a half-day park and you kind of experience that, but it's nice because I like it for the full day, because you don't have to feel rushed. Now, you didn't go on Navi River Journey the time we went. What did you think of that?
Speaker 1:I thought it was okay. Yeah, I get. Okay, I don't need to go on it again.
Speaker 2:No, I don't need to go on it again.
Speaker 1:No, I don't understand the long lines Because it's next to Flight of Passage.
Speaker 2:I think that's part of it and I don't think it loads very fast. Yeah, but I swear they lie with that time. It's never been more Than half of what the stated time is.
Speaker 1:Oh really.
Speaker 2:Anytime I've ever gone on it.
Speaker 1:We had a lightning for for that too.
Speaker 2:Oh, then you're just walking on.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so that's the one we. We didn't do everything before 1pm because that was a 5pm lightning lane. Oh okay, so I had to wait for that.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:And it was like 60, 70 minutes all day, yeah, and then it broke down. So it broke down right before we got on it, oh, and they gave us an anytime pass thing, yeah, yeah, yeah. And so we just used it for that. Yeah, because we already wrote everything else, and by that time we were at like 6 pm.
Speaker 2:Yeah, you have an hour left.
Speaker 1:Right, but like the safaris was five minutes wait. Yeah, and she didn't want to do that again. I'll talk about it in a second, because we had lunch at Satouli Canteen yes, one of my new favorite spots. I've never eaten there.
Speaker 2:I know we were kind of forced.
Speaker 1:We were kind of forced because during Lent we don't eat meat on Fridays.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:And this was a Friday we happened to be at a very heavy meat-based park with delicious meat items. Yeah, there was some good stuff on the menu there are. Right and that hit me all day long. It hit me at dinnertime too, but she had the Ocean Moon Bowl, which was a tuna poke bowl, yes, and then I had the Chili Garlic Shrimp Bowl with a sweet potato hash. I've seen that so good, the sweet potato hash.
Speaker 2:I've seen that. So, good the sweet potato hash. Was that any good it was?
Speaker 1:delicious. The surprising part was there were boba balls in it. Oh, I'm not a boba fan at all, but eating the flavor combo was perfect. It made it. It was so good. Interesting With the shrimp and the hash and the bobas.
Speaker 2:Interesting.
Speaker 1:It was such, I know, surprising I had to give Christy a bite. I was like you gotta try this, Huh. And we only went there because it was the best non-meat place I could find.
Speaker 2:Yeah, during the time. Well, I'm gonna I think I'm gonna try and hit that place up. You should when I should when I go, you should and I had the elu splash margarita.
Speaker 1:Okay, very good drink. We have breakfast. Our breakfast is nothing to talk about.
Speaker 2:We ate at starbucks yeah, that was nothing to talk about the breakfast there is. You're either eating at starbucks or you're grabbing one of the breakfast biscuits, like at one of the other kiosks.
Speaker 1:Yeah, we had a very good breakfast, but it had bacon and sausage in it. Yeah, I just couldn't have that that day. I wanted to go to that same place we went to. Oh yeah, yeah, that was a very good little place. Yeah, had a good coffee, even though it was Joffrey's.
Speaker 2:It was a lot of hot coffee.
Speaker 1:Yeah, right. So yeah, we rode Everest three times that day. Nice, Very good.
Speaker 2:Love. That was my favorite roller coaster, until Guardians hit. That was my number one roller coaster.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so to finish with Animal Kingdom, christy finally is a Disney like, not Disney indifferent anymore when it comes to Animal Kingdom.
Speaker 2:She was a fan, she was a huge fan of Animal Kingdom and you did. Did you do all the animal walks we did?
Speaker 1:Yes, we did, and she stood and she might've stared at. I think we almost missed one of our lightning lanes because she was staring at the gorilla for too long. Oh, she was like just staring at him walking around. I was like we got to go. We're halfway through this. We got to walk down the pass still.
Speaker 2:Uh-huh.
Speaker 1:So, yeah, it was an amazing day with her. You went out to.
Speaker 2:Rafiki's Planet Watch? We did. Did you do the drawing? We did not. She didn't want to.
Speaker 1:And I didn't care if we did it either way. It looks so much different to me than at Disneyland.
Speaker 2:It is.
Speaker 1:Because it's just right there.
Speaker 2:It's right there.
Speaker 1:Right in the middle of the place. It's not like you're in a separate room. You kind of can see the artist sitting there, but he's kind of behind the thing. It was just we looked at all the animals. I famously do not like snakes and you saw this. I went up to every snake case and looked inside and stared at it to make sure she knew I was serious about this whole thing. And so chrissy's deadly, deadly scared of spiders. She's afraid of spiders so she would not look at any spider cases.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I was like Chrissy, here's a tarantula, I'm looking at the python. That python had a head as big as a house.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it was crazy. They got a big python Right Crazy Other stuff there.
Speaker 1:So yeah, so our day there. She bought a lounge fly.
Speaker 2:I saw. I saw you said she bought all the things and sent me a picture and she's got ears and a lounge fly.
Speaker 1:It's an Animal Kingdom lounge fly. Okay, it says Animal Kingdom all over the inside and it has a Mickey Mouse on the. It has the Animal Kingdom logo stuff in the middle and I was like she loved it and I was like this is you got to get a souvenir of your new favorite park? You have to. Oh, that's so expensive Because it was Disney. Expensive lounge fly. It was $90. Oh yeah, which is more than their most expensive. It was usually $80. I think this was a special park edition of that park.
Speaker 2:I'm going to try and talk Asha into buying this Ski School Yeti.
Speaker 1:I showed Christy that one yeah. That's where I bought it. I bought it in that shop.
Speaker 2:In that shop. I bought it. I bought it in that shop. In that shop, yeah.
Speaker 1:Okay, out of Everest.
Speaker 2:If I could get away with having a lounge fly, that would be the lounge fly I'd have yeah. Yeah, I love Ski School, yeti, you do. He's one of my favorite characters.
Speaker 1:So that could be a kid's ride to your new park. Oh yeah, ski School Yeti, yeah. Yeah, that's a good ride, I think so. So she was ready to go once Eli got to town. Eli pulled in there about 5 pm in Disney.
Speaker 2:Springs, so keeping her there the last two hours was tough.
Speaker 1:Yeah, we didn't stay. We almost closed it down. It was like 6.45 that we left. We had rode Everest again. I asked her if she wanted it. She didn't really want to care. She went on the safari again.
Speaker 2:And we were safari again and we already done river rapids. We did it once. I didn't, I don't, I don't know a fan.
Speaker 1:No, it's. It's kind of boring. Yeah, eli argued with me about that. He says it's fun. Anyway, I don't like the I'm you're gonna get wet for no reason at all, like we're just gonna throw water in your face yeah, I like the chance of what? Of getting water. Maybe'm going to get soaked, maybe I'm not.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:And if the raft goes down the wrong way, I'm screwed. Yeah, if it doesn't, I might be dry.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:This one just throws water in your face.
Speaker 2:You're just going by and just whap, it just flashes by, yeah.
Speaker 1:Okay, here's some water Whap, I don't get that.
Speaker 2:That wasn't and the rapids aren't as good. And it's short, it's just over. Originally they were going to have that Go into make it bigger. But, they said it would disrupt the animals too much, so they made it shorter.
Speaker 1:It was about a five minute wait In the early morning. So we wrote it then, and I didn't even get a lightning for it later.
Speaker 2:I didn't write it.
Speaker 1:I didn't care. So at about 6.45 we left. We wrote it then and I didn't even get a lightning for it later. Oh okay, I didn't write it, I didn't care. Yeah, so at about 6.45, we left.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:Went over to Animal Kingdom Lodge before I talked her into going there anyway. Yeah. I wanted to show her. I still think she says Grand Californian's her favorite hotel that she saw.
Speaker 2:Grand Floridian, grand Floridian, grand Californian, in Florida.
Speaker 1:Yeah, she says that's her favorite one. I seriously think that. I still think Animal Kingdom Lodge is her favorite.
Speaker 2:If you stayed there it might sway her. Maybe it's one of the most reasonable Deluxe Deluxe yeah.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I think it's her favorite one. Still, we were there a long time, even though she wanted to leave. Uh Long time even though she wanted to leave Uh-huh. We looked at both Jumbo House and Kidani. Jumbo House and Kidani's the safari area.
Speaker 2:Mm-hmm.
Speaker 1:And then the cast member standing out there said they just ate. Go to the pool. Right now they're all going to be hanging out around the pool. There's going to be a bunch of animals around the pool. There's a safari lookout there.
Speaker 1:Well, we walked around a few minutes, couldn't find how to get out to the pool at kadani village or jamba house at jamba house okay yeah, you have to go downstairs and we went downstairs couldn't find it, and then chris like let's just go, yeah, and so we got. We hopped on the bus. Your shuttle trick yeah, I didn't know it was there.
Speaker 1:But we didn't know. We didn't know it was there the first time you saw it. Yeah took, yeah Took. That between the two Worked out perfect. Nice. And then we took the bus to Epcot and then got on a bus to Port Orleans Riverside where we met Eddie and Eli. Nice, that evening for dinner at Boatwright's Dining Hall was our dinner that night for Eli's birthday.
Speaker 2:And what did you think of that?
Speaker 1:Well, I loved what we had. Yes, and what did you think of that. Well, I loved what we had.
Speaker 2:Yes, I was excited to have Again, you had to have. We couldn't have meat, so you had a shrimp dish again. Right, yeah.
Speaker 1:So, yeah, so they had the all you care to enjoy meat platter that I was looking forward to, since I reserved it months ago. Didn't think it was a friator in Lent at the time. Just didn't cross my mind think it was a friator and lent at the time just didn't cross our mind.
Speaker 1:So the taste of the bayou was not enjoyed at all it was not by anyone, nope, no, and addie can't eat that much. Yeah, yeah, she can't eat enough to try it. So I was like you should try it for all of us, poor kid. But yeah, she, um, she couldn't, but she ordered the crispy chicken. Okay, it looked very good. I didn't get to try it at all, yeah, and the waitress was very nice. The cast members, they were all amazing. We asked them about substituting, because almost everything had sausage in it. The jambalaya had sausage, even the shrimp and grits had sausage. Oh, everything had sausage in it. So we asked her what could we do? And so she said anything that has sausage in it. He's hard with the jambalaya because he said I'll have them pick out the sausage for you because it's all made in a batch but, it has shredded chicken also.
Speaker 1:So, we all steered clear to that. Chris and I both had the shrimp and grits and they took the sausage out and substituted it for more shrimp. Oh, that was nice, amazing, I know.
Speaker 2:So when I go to a Creole Cajun restaurant, shrimp and grits is one of my go-tos. It's amazing. I love shrimp and grits. There's a couple of restaurants here in town or in Portland that have really good shrimp and grits for breakfast.
Speaker 1:Oh, yeah, well, we're still going to take you to our local place. We have a local in Vancouver. We have a local, the one we talk about, the Magnolia Tavern. Oh, okay, which is not a sponsor of the show that. I just gave him a shout out.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so if you're in Vancouver, tell them cheers to Ircinchu, even though they don't know who we are. Who, who, Great, great Bayou food, amazing. Shrimp and grits are great there. Nice, they're great. Just had them a few weeks ago. Anyway, addie substituted her color greens, okay. So I wanted her to try the collard greens and not like them too much. So she gave them to me, because you mix the collard greens with the grits one of the best tastes you'll ever have, really, oh so good. Now, isn't there bacon, though, in the collard greens? Well, there was. I don't know if they make it, I don't know if it's like that there.
Speaker 2:Where we go.
Speaker 1:It's just cayenne, oh okay in cayenne. Oh okay, yeah, so good. Just a boom, spice, nice, and then mixed with the grits, oh yeah, very good. Um, so then I, I had a hurricane, or christy had a hurricane, okay, and I had a whiskey smash, oh, which was very good okay, um, I haven't heard of that drink before it was on their seasonal menu part, so I just went oh yeah, um, I was gonna get a sazerak, which is a new orleans go-to, yeah, but I thought I was.
Speaker 1:I thought at the time I was gonna get a second drink and you didn't, and I didn't, I was pretty full and they want to do other stuff and I didn't want to have two drinks at dinner and not get one of the pool yeah we're about ready to go to the pool, yeah, after that. So we left. We took a walk down to port orleans french quarter. Okay, checked it out. I think she likes Riverside better, really, as far as the ambiance.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it's very laid back. It's more like the Garden District as opposed to the French Quarter of New Orleans.
Speaker 1:And the French Quarter was French Quartering that night yeah.
Speaker 2:It was a party town. Was it, yeah, okay.
Speaker 1:It was loud, there was hundreds of people hanging out. Nice, yeah, it was pretty cool. The vibe was cool, so we cruised back to Riverside, went to the pool went and changed, went to the pool and had a drink. That's where I had the banana cabana.
Speaker 2:Okay.
Speaker 1:And Chris used to sit in the pool. So that was our Animal Kingdom day, and I've talked a long time about Animal Kingdom, yes, so I don't know. We better cruise to Epcot.
Speaker 2:You better cruise to Epcot, right so?
Speaker 1:before we get into a two-parter yeah, right. So we got up the next morning, went to Epcot. Eli had this great idea when we got up in the morning that he wanted to rope drop Guardians. Okay, I was 100% against it. Why? Because I'm always scared we're going to waste the whole day there that everyone's going to rope drop it. We'll be in line all day long, yeah.
Speaker 1:It's going to take longer than it would take later in the day. If we just stood in line, we already had the single pass. But if you're close to the front, well, the key was there was nothing else. I cared about rope dropping.
Speaker 2:Uh-huh Okay.
Speaker 1:We already had the Ratatouille Lightning Lane. Yeah, the ratatouille lightning lane.
Speaker 2:Yeah, didn't care so let's try it, okay, so we tried it.
Speaker 1:Uh-huh, it worked perfect. How long was your line? It was so from part from the time, not when we walked in, but the time um early entry started. Okay, it was 40 minutes oh total so from walking, that's walking in the park. Standing in line, that's from time, that's not in the park standing in line.
Speaker 2:That's not bad.
Speaker 1:That ride is worth 40 minutes, oh yeah, I think it's worth a little over an hour.
Speaker 2:Yeah, yeah, I think so.
Speaker 1:I think if I was to ride it for a third time in a day, I would go an hour.
Speaker 2:10, hang out in line just to ride it one more time, as rare as we get to go to Disney World, yeah.
Speaker 1:Right, so we did get to ride twice.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:That day and Eli was totally crazy flabbergasted about the ride. Yeah, and we got off and his quote was I think I got this right. Eli will tell me if I'm wrong. First he said why don't they make more rides like this? I don't understand, yeah Right, I just don't get why they don't.
Speaker 1:And this could be an entire park yeah, they could have a whole park of this. Yeah, this could be a whole park by itself. That's how much everyone liked, and everybody loved it. Right, everyone loved, everyone loved. Guardians, what songs did you get we got? We got um september, the first time nice, and then the second time. Is it Disco Inferno one of them? So Is that right?
Speaker 2:Yeah, yeah. So September is everybody's favorite song. Now certain people have different songs that they're favorite, but overall more people like September than you know. And Disco Inferno is like the least liked song. I liked it fine. It was great. I love Disco Inferno. I think I party more Because of when you go over that first hump, when you're going backwards, it just hits with the music perfectly.
Speaker 1:Man, I'm just sticking to the ride right now. I know it's that good yeah. It's that good.
Speaker 2:It's an awesome ride.
Speaker 1:Oh, wow. So yeah, everyone loved that ride. I won't go into all the rides, but one by one, because we did, we did everything but but um, the fine nemo ride yeah, we did everything else.
Speaker 2:Did you do all the shows?
Speaker 1:we did all the shows, we didn't do the china, the china show.
Speaker 2:Yeah, that's okay we watched the canadian one okay eli wanted to go.
Speaker 1:He like just walked in. Yeah, I was like we don't have to, and he walked right in. So we didn't watch the China show.
Speaker 2:How'd they like the take on Beauty and the Beast? They were surprised.
Speaker 1:Okay, they were surprised. A lot of people were surprised. Uh-huh. I don't think a lot of people watch that, because you just kind of walk in there. It's not a thing people think about when they go there. Yeah, they really liked that and uh, we did mission space orange and green brave yeah.
Speaker 1:So no one, really no one really loved orange. And the second time the first time I liked it more because I didn't know what I was to expect, uh-huh, but we were all in there together so it was pretty fun. Yeah, the green one was really fun because there's a little button that says roll uh-huh on the of all those buttons immediately. I kept pushing. I was like roll and the button. So we just talked the whole time.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:And we were all four together, so it was pretty fun having all four people in the same capsule and it's just four to a capsule.
Speaker 2:It's four to a capsule. Yeah, it was pretty fun having all four people in there. It's fun when you have the whole vehicle.
Speaker 1:Ride a vehicle to your side. Yeah, we yelled and screamed look sideways. Because they tell you not to look sideways, because it can disorient you, so that was fun. What did everybody think?
Speaker 2:of Remy's.
Speaker 1:I think everyone liked it.
Speaker 2:I really like Remy's.
Speaker 1:I like it. I don't love Love it. It's not worth a wait to me.
Speaker 2:No, I don't think I'd want to wait more than 35 minutes or something that's fair. That's fair.
Speaker 1:Yeah, but I think it's fun. It's a fun ride. Yeah, the queue's great, it is, and the visuals around the ride are amazing.
Speaker 2:Yes, yes.
Speaker 1:But other than that it's just okay. I'm not a big screen-based ride guy.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I don't love it this one does it good because it's the 4D. Yeah, it was pretty fun.
Speaker 1:It was fun for me. Everyone didn't know what was going to happen.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:And then watching them see what happened. But they're like Remy's fine I think. I think I didn't ask Rye's specific stuff because I think we're going to have Addie and Eli on because they went to all four parks this year Because yeah, I don't want to ruin that by even knowing what they're going to say.
Speaker 2:Yes, Actually, first I'll ask. So everybody did they like the edutainment aspect of it? Living with the land and spaceship, Earth?
Speaker 1:Living with the land was a favorite. Okay, I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if Eli puts in his top five favorite rides, which is weird for a 19 year old kid yeah, to like that kind of ride so much but it's a cool ride that was surprising and I said during the ride we were riding the ride I told eli, said if, if christy was an imagineer and they're sitting in a boardroom, this is the kind of ride she's coming up?
Speaker 1:yeah, she's gonna. She's gonna come up with a style ride. Yeah, so, yeah, so I love that. I don't know about figment. I couldn't tell from the group if they like figment as much as I do. Yeah, I like it I could write figment five times a day. Yeah, I like him that much. I don't know if everyone did, we'd have to, we'd have to ask. Take a poll on that uh huh yeah, tell us if you like figment. I don't know, is that still a big thing where everyone likes Figment?
Speaker 2:He's still a big draw as far as he's a big character, yeah, as far as stuff goes.
Speaker 1:I don't know. I heard rumors they're going to have a Figment show. Oh that they're talking about. Maybe it was just something Bob Iger said in passing. Now, did you do?
Speaker 2:the three cartoon show, the three cartoon show, the three caballeros no, where it's three cartoons. No, we didn't. Okay, we did not Because when we went they didn't have the 4D aspect going. Maybe, that's why I just skipped it. The floor was bouncing and stuff the times I went and that wasn't working when you and I went, so I like those.
Speaker 1:I should have went to them.
Speaker 2:Yeah, anyway.
Speaker 1:But we didn't have a lot of time, it was so busy.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:It was one of the busiest days of Disney I've been to in a long time, especially the World Showcase. Yeah, there was people everywhere because it's the Flower and Garden Festival. Yeah, eating their stuff. The lines were long. I was so happy to get an Ottawa apple. When I got there, uh-huh, and I walked to the line. It was about, I would say, 35, 40 people deep. It wrapped around to the. It wrapped around past the, around the corner, so past the whole line of the popcorn cart. That's crazy. And then around the corner. It was that long and then, luckily, later in the day, eli saw that it was short.
Speaker 1:I wasn't even looking. I was going straight to Mexico. I was looking straight ahead. We're going to walk all the way through and Eli's like you want to grab the Ottawa apple real quick. It's short right there. It's sort of like five people in line. So I grabbed the Ottawa apple. I got to have it, but earlier in the day I had the fish and chips for the first time at Yorkshire County.
Speaker 2:I was going to ask you if you tried any new food.
Speaker 1:I want that again. That's some good fish and chips I'm going to have that as much, as that's one of my go-tos now.
Speaker 2:It's a hard one to eat on a hot muggy day, yeah, but there's plenty of seating.
Speaker 1:You can go down by the water. There's lots of shade.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:So if you go down there and just and the tartar sauce had dill in it, which I'm not a dill fan, but with the taste of the buttery of the fish it took away that dill taste.
Speaker 2:Oh really, and it was still good.
Speaker 1:The sauce was even good. So, yeah, I love that. For lunch, we went to La Creperie de Paris, okay, where we had breakfast.
Speaker 2:Yes, that day, okay, in the back with the galettes, yeah, so I couldn't find anywhere to eat Everything was so crowded.
Speaker 1:Uh-huh, I couldn't find anywhere to eat. Everything was so crowded. And it's the only reservation I could find that wasn't like a, a mobile area.
Speaker 2:No it was oh, you went into the restaurant. We went in and sat down. Okay.
Speaker 1:Everyone was hungry.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:I couldn't find anywhere to eat. Everyone had long lines, even the outside part of the creperie. Craperie Right had the cratepe place.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:Had a big long line, yeah, so we got reservations and sat inside. It's the only place I could find that didn't have like $7 signs by it on the app to get reservations, yeah. Right, we all had a crepe. I had the ratatouille crepe.
Speaker 2:Oh, okay.
Speaker 1:How was that one? Very good, very. We all had a crepe. I had the Ratatouille crepe.
Speaker 2:Oh okay, how was that one Very good, very good. I haven't had that one, it was a little heavy. I have the cheese, bechamel and ham whenever I order that that might be the one Eli had.
Speaker 1:We had four different ones, okay, which was real good, and I had just an espresso, a cappuccino.
Speaker 2:I had a cappuccino with it. It was very good.
Speaker 1:And then as far as other rides we did that day, we almost didn't get on Frozen. Oh, because the lightnings were gone by the time I got my first light, by the time we rode our first lightning lane. Because, we didn't get one until like 11am Was our first one.
Speaker 2:Oh, okay.
Speaker 1:By then Frozen was done for the day. Wow, so we weren't gonna get Addy loves Frozen Now did you fiddle with it? Like 11 am was our first one.
Speaker 2:Oh, okay, by then, frozen was done for the day. Wow.
Speaker 1:So we weren't going to get Addy loves Frozen. Now did you fiddle with it, tried, eli tried all day. Oh, so we got lucky and Eli kept trying. Okay, so we went to three caballeros right before we left the park and I'm going all over the day. I'm not going, yeah yeah. Right before we left the park we went to Three Caballeros and Eli noticed that it opened it closed.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:Right until it closed down. It opened back up and we were at Three Caballeros. It was kind of right around the corner.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it's right there.
Speaker 1:Right, and so he's like it's open, let's go. We didn't wait at all. Nice we walked right onto Frozen right before we left the park. It was like 8.30 or so 8.45, something like that, and it's right after we finally got a school bread. Okay, because that's a cheers to ears rule of the park.
Speaker 2:Ottawa apple and school bread. Yeah, and school bread.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I think everyone Eli doesn't like coconut at all and I forgot there was coconut on it until we got in line.
Speaker 2:Oh, okay.
Speaker 1:And I looked at it and I was like, oh crap, it has coconut. But I think he still kind of enjoyed it. Yeah, we'll have to find out later, but I think he kind of liked it. The cream makes the coconut not so strong and that's what the cast member told him.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I said oh, you don't like coconut.
Speaker 1:And she's like, oh you don't really taste.
Speaker 2:Now I think it's called a cringla the almond pretzel. I always grab those on the way out of the park and have them for breakfast the next morning.
Speaker 1:Yes.
Speaker 2:That's kind of been my trick.
Speaker 1:I've done that two or three times. Now they have an almond cringla and a chocolate drizzle cringla.
Speaker 2:Yes, I always get the almond.
Speaker 1:Yeah, very good. I did not get anything from the caramel.
Speaker 2:Caramel Kucha Didn't get anything.
Speaker 1:I was, just I was, it was hot.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:And it was. It wasn't too hot, it was a nice hot. Yeah, it was busy and I wasn't hungry, we just had that. The crepe was pretty filling.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it is. It is but like it's kind of nice when you go with a group because you can try a bunch of stuff and just split it a bunch of ways.
Speaker 1:Right, we should have planned that better. If we planned our food better, it would have been a lot different.
Speaker 2:We could have stood in different lines at the same time, like Like all four of you, picked up one order of fish, right, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1:I got one. I just stood in line. It was just me. Yeah, I got one order of fish and we just picked off of it.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:But Addie doesn't eat seafood, so she tried the fries, which were some of the best fries I've ever had.
Speaker 2:They are good fries. They were so good, they are good fries, right Yep.
Speaker 1:They out of an English pub Right or English fish and chips. So yeah, we just wrote everything and had a full day at the park.
Speaker 2:Yeah nice, it was a full day.
Speaker 1:We didn't go anywhere after. We went right back to the hotel. Now did you do breakfast the next day? That was the plan, so we left. We went back to the pool bar again, okay, after we got back. So we left the park after 9. Yeah, got back around 9.30. It wasn't too long. Riverside's pretty close to Epcot.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:It's kind of right around the corner.
Speaker 2:Yeah, because they have that other road there, right yeah.
Speaker 1:So we got back, changed and went to the pool again, got a drink. Christy had the banana cabana this time, okay, and I had. I thought I wrote it down.
Speaker 2:Island Breeze. Is that when you had that the Island Breeze? Yeah?
Speaker 1:No, that was at. That was at Somewhere else. Yeah, I had the Captain's Mai Tai, Okay, the Island Breeze at Animal Kingdom, okay, which I forgot what the place was called. It was the barbecue place.
Speaker 2:Flaming Tree.
Speaker 1:Yeah, yes, so anyway, went back to the pool bar got a drink. Eli was hungry, asked the bar if there was anything to eat and they only had like popcorn left.
Speaker 2:Oh.
Speaker 1:Or something like that. They didn't have anything left. They already everything already sold out. Yeah, so we ended up going back to the main restaurant.
Speaker 2:The quick service, the quick service place. Yeah, yeah, the quick service, the quick service place, yeah, and order food. You and I ate there once.
Speaker 1:We did. Yeah, I told them that Same exact quick service place, almost the same table. We sat right next to where we sat.
Speaker 2:Oh, okay.
Speaker 1:We just had our drinks and hung out for a while and then we went to bed. The whole plan was to get up early and go to Riviera. And go to Riviera era, have breakfast and then get on the. But it was a good, so we, we mapped it out, it was about four.
Speaker 1:It would take us four or five hours total to drop the kids off and get to jacksonville airport yeah we had to get gas twice right, because we had to get gas before we went and then gas gas up right before we got to the hotel or the airport. So it was so difficult to try to plan to make sure we were there on time yeah that when I woke up I woke up first in the morning and eli was crashed. He was out, everyone was sleeping yeah so I kind of fiddle faddled around a bit and like let's just not go have, we'll get breakfast somewhere else yeah so we didn't go to riviera.
Speaker 1:Chris is the only one that hasn't been there yeah, that's true everyone else has seen it. She'll love it. It might be Eli's second favorite hotel.
Speaker 2:Okay, I really like it too. I think once the trees all mature and stuff it's gonna be even better.
Speaker 1:It might be my first favorite hotel. Either that or I don't know. Between that and Boardwalk, which one I like more?
Speaker 2:Yeah, those are my two favorites. I like it just because of that coffee shop and the quick service breakfast Right.
Speaker 1:But I didn't hate Port Orleans Riverside.
Speaker 2:No.
Speaker 1:Everything about it was fine.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:Again. I mean I'm going to say this it's my favorite moderate. It beats Coronado Springs. Okay, I like it a lot better Really. Yeah, the vibe vibes a lot, just chiller there, yeah you're more you're closer to everything. You know how far we were away from the lobby at corn on the springs. We were miles right I need an e-bike, I think, to get there yeah or a, or a tram or something it was like a 10.
Speaker 2:Minute.
Speaker 1:Yeah, it was a long way so that's why I kind of prefer not like the vibe of being right. You're like with the hotel next to the French Quarter, next to you, you feel like you're more into something.
Speaker 2:Yeah, and there are a lot more people hanging out At night time. It is because of the Scat Cats Club. Uh huh yeah, I think it's more of a destination place to go hang out.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I just had some clients go to Riverside. I should ask them how they liked it.
Speaker 2:I have not followed up with them, so they had the special for the Disney Plus people. It was $169 a night for Riverside, or maybe it was French Quarter, one of those two. I think, it was Riverside, because that's usually a little cheaper $169 a night.
Speaker 1:That's crazy. That's less than I paid.
Speaker 2:That's dirt cheap.
Speaker 1:That's less than I paid.
Speaker 2:That was because they still had the All-Star for $99. Yeah, hard not to book a trip when you see prices like that, right.
Speaker 1:I sent you that picture yesterday. Did you read that? The picture I sent you that my boss had on the screen? Yeah, that it's cheaper. Than what year did he put 2017, head on the screen? Yeah, that it's cheaper. Than what year did he put 2017 or 18? Something like that yeah, that it's cheaper now With all the discounts. Yeah, to go to Disney World.
Speaker 2:It's cheaper now. Yeah, that's crazy. And when you have that companion certificate you need to use a by November. Thank you, Christy, Thank you.
Speaker 1:Christy. So so I did yell thank you, christy On On Everest. Thank you Christy, thank you Christy. So I did yell thank you, christy on Everest.
Speaker 2:Yes.
Speaker 1:As we were going. So we got to the top right where the tracks on. Everest before we go backwards and looked at her. I tried to look at her very serious and I put my hand on her arm and said, christy, there's something I really have to tell you. There's something I really have to say.
Speaker 1:And then, right when I started going, back I yelled thank you, christy, nice, okay. Yeah, sounds like a good trip. That's our trip. So in a couple months I'll have my uh, my yeah recap. That might have to be a two-day or two-episode, or because it'll be four park days plus a fifth day.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it'll be that extended evening. I'll break it down where we can do it one episode really because it'll I'll be just doing new foods, new stuff that I try. I think I'll do that route.
Speaker 1:Maybe, maybe you'll want to do it, we'll talk about it. Yeah, we'll figure it out, you might want to talk about how everyone liked their first time.
Speaker 2:Yeah, that's true. Some of them second time It'll be three first timers, two second timers and then me, who's gone a half dozen times.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so you might want to talk more about that. We might have to break it into two, where you do like two parts an episode.
Speaker 2:Yeah Well, we'll see, we'll see. All right, until then, cheers, Cheers.
