Cheers 2 Ears!
We Taste A Key Lime Pie Martini And Rank The Most Exciting Rumored Lands Coming To Disney Parks
A tart key lime pie martini with a graham cracker rim is our catalyst for a full‑tilt imagineering session: if Disney’s rumored expansions really land, which ones would we sprint to first—and why? We map out five bold concepts and give each a heartbeat with ride systems, restaurants, and signature cocktails you can practically taste.
We start with Monstropolis, where a suspended “door vault” coaster could deliver a rare Disney sweet spot: thrilling enough for teens, whimsical enough for kids, and endlessly re‑rideable. Think Harry Hausen’s sushi with a crisp saketini and a playful gummy‑eye garnish, plus a refreshed show space to keep crowds moving. Then we dive into Villains Land, sketching two e‑ticket anchors and a moody multi‑room “Lair” where each chamber channels a different baddie—Sazerac for Dr. Facilier, spice‑bright North African notes for Jafar, and dry‑ice theatrics fit for the Evil Queen. It lives on street energy: sharp character improv, quotable one‑liners, and wicked photo ops.
Next up, Piston Peak shifts gears to Rocky Mountain grit: an off‑road racing experience, a family ride, and hearty comfort food. Picture bison burgers, green‑chile sides, huckleberry desserts, and a reservation‑only beer and whiskey lounge to finally give Magic Kingdom a grown‑up hideout. Over at DCA, Pandora: The Way of Water remains murky but promising; we imagine a headline water ride with glowing foliage, plus a California‑leaning canteen that balances bioluminescent looks with clean, craveable flavors. Finally, Tropical Americas blends Encanto’s color and music with an Indiana Jones overlay. The aesthetics could be breathtaking—string lights, carved wood, and a nightly plaza party—powered by a proper caipirinha bar and savory South American plates that make you linger.
We wrap with our predicted build order and a simple truth: rides hook guests, but food, drinks, music, and playful spaces make lands sticky. Hit play, then tell us which concept should get greenlit first. If you enjoy these big‑swing blueprints, subscribe, share with a Disney‑loving friend, and drop a review so more fans can find the show.
Hello and welcome to Cheers to Ears. Where today we're drinking a key lime pie martini. And it's from Narcuzzi's at Disneyland's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. 1850 is made with Tito's handmade vodka, Midori, Melon liqueur, vanilla cream, cold pressed lime juice, and toasted meringue.
SPEAKER_01:Yes. Which we weren't gonna make the toasted meringue. That just wasn't gonna happen. No, but we did do one and a half ounces of Tito's, half ounce of Midori, three-quarters of an ounce of lime juice, fresh lime juice, one ounce of vanilla cream, which was just vanilla extract mixed with half and half, and then we tried that and it was very tart. Very tart. And so we added about half ounce to three quarters of an ounce of simple syrup, and that made it perfect. So we have the graham cracker rim, little garnish on there. Very nice, very nice drink.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, and you're could be done with yours soon. I just started mine.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, I'm about halfway. When I get drinking, it's time to get drinking.
SPEAKER_00:I like this drink once we I mean, it could be still, I think, a little milder. Probably something we did with the toasted meringue, changed it a little bit. I don't know. I would order this just to try the difference.
SPEAKER_01:I like lime. Even when it was tart, I still liked it, but this is actually better.
SPEAKER_00:It was too much for me. I couldn't even taste the drink. It was so tart to me.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:When we had it. Yeah. Yeah, I couldn't even taste it at all. So that's why I suggest that we flip something in there. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Goosey's, though, is a place I really want to try. Right.
SPEAKER_00:I have a menu right here. They have some good stuff. It's a seafood restaurant.
SPEAKER_01:Seafood.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:A little on the spendy side, but you know, what isn't a Disney World?
SPEAKER_00:No, for a$19 lobster bisque.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. That's the one, the round restaurant that's sitting over the lake.
SPEAKER_00:Right.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. That just seems like it'd be nice to just sit there and look at the lake and order something good, something tasty with a drink or two. We had the Empress Lime Gimlet from there a while back. I can't remember what show that was, but we have had one of their drinks before.
SPEAKER_00:Right, but we've yet to eat at any restaurant at Ground Floridian.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, I don't I don't even think I've gotten a coffee there. I've walked through it a couple times, but that's about it.
SPEAKER_00:I don't remember if I got a coffee on that little kiosk in the lobby.
SPEAKER_01:I'll have to go back.
SPEAKER_00:I think I might have got a coffee when they finish up when I took Christy. Yeah, when they finish that up. It's looking good right now. Really interested in checking that out. Yeah. So talking about finishing things up and future of Disney. Yes. That's what we're talking about. What we're talking about.
SPEAKER_01:Whoa. What a segue. New lands. So a lot of stuff coming down the pike in the next probably three, four years, I think.
SPEAKER_00:It says it's a five-year plan for the parks. Yeah. 2029. It's a five-year plan, they say. Yeah. I was looking into the when the other things were done. It took it takes about three or five years from when they start construction. Yeah. To when things open. Like Mickey and Minnie's, Galaxy's Edge. Yeah, provided nothing messes up the plan. Right. The Skyliner, that kind of stuff. But they're investing 17 billion into Walt Disney World and 60 billion into all the parks over that. But they don't say how much project. So this is exciting.
SPEAKER_01:Yes.
SPEAKER_00:It's an exciting time for Disney. Usually when we broach this subject, we make up everything.
SPEAKER_01:Yes.
SPEAKER_00:So we had to make up something for this podcast. We couldn't just make it like here's how we ranked.
SPEAKER_01:We're not a news channel.
SPEAKER_00:No, here's how we rank the top five.
SPEAKER_01:We're a news and a false hope channel. So the lands that I went with that I created the list for were Monsters Inc., and these are lands or kind of an expansion of a land, but I figured something significant enough that it creates a multiple rides, multiple experiences, restaurants, whatnot. So Monsters Inc., Piston Peak, Villains Land, Pandora Avatar, and Puebla Esperanza. So Puebla Esperanza at Animal Kingdom, Monsters Inc., Hollywood Studios, Piston Peak, and Villains Land at Magic Kingdom, and Pandora Avatar, Way of Water at DCA.
SPEAKER_00:And they have announced how much they're going to do in these lands already. Some nothing. The villains land, we've got nothing. Nothing. So we'll go through each one. Do you want to go through it and just we'll start with the first one and where we rank it? Should we do worst to first? Yeah, but we could have different worst to first.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, that's true. Then we're given different. Okay. That's it. That's a good point.
SPEAKER_00:So we can start with Monstros Monstropolis.
SPEAKER_01:Yes. Monstropolis?
SPEAKER_00:Is that that's what they're going to call it. They say Monstropolis.
SPEAKER_01:Monstropolis.
SPEAKER_00:And then Pueblo Esperanza, the land's going to be called Tropical Americas. Because they have Indiana Jones there too, so they can't just call the whole thing Pablo Esperanza. That's going to be part of it.
SPEAKER_01:Pueblo Esperanza. Pueblo. Pablo Escobar.
SPEAKER_00:Yep, that's a different episode.
SPEAKER_01:Pablo Escobaranza.
SPEAKER_00:That's our Darkros land.
SPEAKER_01:That I thought that was, they were well, tropical. Yeah, Tropical Americans. Indiana Jones.
SPEAKER_00:Do you want to just start with the Monsters Inc.? Sure. And go down and say how we rank it. I think that's a good idea.
SPEAKER_01:Okay, why don't you go first? I rank it as number one.
SPEAKER_00:Number one. Number one. Number one. Really? Monstropolis. Wow. Number one. That's the best. Because of the ride. So let's talk about the land first, what we know about it.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. First suspended roller coaster at Disney World or any of the Disney themed parks, but you're going to be like one of the doors flying through the air. And that just sounds really cool to me. I think this has, and it's strongly rumored that Harry Hausen's sushi will be there as well.
SPEAKER_00:And I went with that. Because our twist, our twist this episode is we have a restaurant and a drink for every we both had our own, we each had our own take on it, but for each land we have a restaurant and a drink.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:And that's what I have Harry Hausen's. I just made that the restaurant.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Because I think it should be there.
SPEAKER_01:Well, and I'm sure it will be. I thought that they could do some sort of creepy dessert or because they had the ice cream or the gelato place right there. They could do it. So they could do something like that. Yeah themed along there. There's also going to be a new Monsters Inc. show there.
unknown:Yes.
SPEAKER_01:With taking over where the Muppets were. Shows are great anyway. Yeah. Sad that the Muppets are gone. But I'm sure I'll enjoy the new Monsters Ink show. As far as a drink, I kind of thought what we did for our episode last week, where it would just have a gummy eyeball in it. Whatever the drink is, it's just gonna have a gummy eyeball in it. A big one. A big gummy eyeball.
SPEAKER_00:Right at the top. Like takes up most of the top of the glass. Yeah. Staring at you. Yeah. I like that. A gummy eyeball cake. I like that. So I looked up actual drinks for everything and have one. So with Harry Hausen sushi restaurant, I have a sake teeny. Oh. Okay. So it's a martini with sake replacing the vermouth. Oh, very interesting. So it's gin and sake. Okay.
SPEAKER_01:That would be interesting to try.
SPEAKER_00:That's my drink. For Harry Hausens. And I have this ranked number two.
SPEAKER_01:Okay. Number two. And so the reason I had mine is number one. I think this has the most potential to be the most fun land for everyone. So when you think of Galaxy's Edge, you know, Blackspire Outpost. I think everybody enjoys walking through there, enjoys the rides, whatnot. There is a specific fan. It's a niche. It's a niche land. Right. Monsters Inc., I think, because it'll have the thrills, but it's going to appeal to little kids. I think it's going to be, and I it looks like they're going to have some sort of a little playground area there. I think it's going to have the most appeal to the most people. That's why I ranked it as number one. Interesting. And I'm just really looking forward to that ride, that roller coaster.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, I'm that roller coaster is the most exciting thing, probably. Yeah. But I ranked my number one for the exact same reason. I think it's going to be the most fun land.
SPEAKER_01:Okay.
SPEAKER_00:Interesting. Do you want to go to that one next? Well, yeah, because it's our next one. What is the next one? Villain's Land. You probably ranked it last.
SPEAKER_01:I ranked it dead last. Really?
SPEAKER_00:I think it has the most potential. I love this idea. I mean, most Disney adult like us does like the idea. And I know you like the idea, so you have probably other reasons why. But let's talk about the land first. What we know about it.
SPEAKER_01:Nothing.
SPEAKER_00:There's there's rumors of a maleficent roller coaster.
SPEAKER_01:I think it's supposed to the rumors are two e-ticket attractions in there. Yeah. So I'm hoping that there's a small kid ride. So an A-ticket attraction of some sort along the lines of one of the villains from Fantasy Disneyland, Fantasyland. So Snow White or Pinocchio or Pinocchio's Daring Journey could be but more on the villain aspect of it. Something not real scary to kids, but honestly, I think that I thought about Mr. Toads rebuilding that because that's got some villainy stuff going to hell in it. But it doesn't have an actual villain, so that wouldn't quite work.
SPEAKER_00:But I think a villain that judges kind of villainy. Right to hell. He wasn't even messing around.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:So I ranked it number one for the same reasons your monsters ink, because I really think the villains are fun.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:It has a chance to be a spooky land, but also what they say is hilarious. Any interaction with the villain is always fun for kids. Like Cruella DeVilla Kids is awesome to watch. She's hilarious. Just to add in that with the old lady with an apple walking around. If it has lots of character involvement, which Disney World's not great at, so we'll see.
SPEAKER_01:It needs to have characters that wander around. It does. So Cruella, the best interaction, I didn't even really have it with her. Somebody else did. She looked down. This guy was pushing a stroller. No but no kids were in the stroller. You she you seem to have lost your children. Congratulations. And she walked off. It was hilarious because just off the top of her head, she yeah. So those sound really good. I ranked it last because I'm like I like villains, and I'm I'm gonna love the land, but I'm not like a huge villains fan. There are certain villains I like.
SPEAKER_00:This is if they do it right.
SPEAKER_01:Yes.
SPEAKER_00:I mean, this could be the best one.
SPEAKER_01:Sure, they'll do a great job with it.
SPEAKER_00:Like Car's Land at DCA. I had no idea that it would look that awesome. Yeah. Walking down it when they were building it. And it's perfect. Yeah. So yeah, any any of these could be done right. Do you have a restaurant or a drink or anything to go with this land?
SPEAKER_01:So of course they have to have a villain's lounge.
SPEAKER_00:Okay.
SPEAKER_01:And but specialty cocktails themed to different villains from around the world. So there's gonna be for Dr. Facilier, there'd be like a Sazerac.
SPEAKER_00:Like it.
SPEAKER_01:So for Jafar, there might be something that you would find in the Morocco Pavilion. So one of and what uh we had the Medina mixer, I believe, one time. Very good drink, but something like that. So some sort of Moroccan North African type drink. Same thing like Genie could be, or Jafar, some European stuff for the different villains, Maleficent or the evil queen. But then there's I'm trying to, and I can't remember like Moana.
SPEAKER_00:The bad person in Moana? You're testing. We're really bad at Disney Trivia.
SPEAKER_01:But my idea is you have a themed drink from the land that they represent.
SPEAKER_00:That would work well with my idea of a restaurant.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_00:My idea of a restaurant is a villain's leg, so it has multiple rooms. Oh, themed to the deep themed to a different villain. Like pick four or five villains. Yeah. These little small rooms. That would be very cool. That would go with your drinks in each room. But my drink I came up with is a it's so the name of the drink, it's at a pub in Seattle. Okay. It's called Magic the Gathering, so that's off a card game, not Disney. But the drinks sounded great. It's with gin, it's Dimay Liqueur, sparkling wine, orange and pea flour with a smoking dry ice. Ooh.
SPEAKER_01:That does sound interesting. And villainy. And villainy. With the dry ice. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:I mean, that's all I look for. So yeah, so that's why I ranked it number one, even though so little is known.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, that was probably the hardest one because they haven't done anything to get us excited about it. Now, my thoughts could change, but right now, yeah, it's last because I'm not necessarily a huge villains fan.
SPEAKER_00:And I think this could it has the potential to compete with that park up north. The park up north. Okay. Next is Piston Peak. Okay. Well, how'd you rank that one? That was ranked third for me.
SPEAKER_01:Third? Yes. Okay. What about you? Oh, I have it ranked fourth. Oh, so somewhat close. So that we know it's going to have cars road rally. So kind of a mountain four-wheel drive version of Radiator Springs Racers. I think the same type of ride track, but it's going to be more bumpy as if you're doing an off-road race.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, they show the testing they did with the off-road vehicles.
SPEAKER_01:The ATVs and stuff. It's also supposed to have a smaller family-friendly ride.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, so with cars at DCA, already that that's the CARS universe to me. I don't know if they want one in Florida, want something cars-related, but to me it's not necessary.
SPEAKER_01:They're gonna release a movie. Okay. I'm almost positive. Yeah, right before that, to get people excited about going and seeing it to see if it matches up. They will release a Cars movie related to Piston Peak. That sounds plausible. My because they couldn't walk away from that IP and a chance to do a sequel.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:They love their sequels, so I just don't know.
SPEAKER_00:I gotta see it to buy this all the way. Uh-huh. I really have to. Yeah. I just don't know how it's gonna be. It just looks alright so far to me. The idea of it.
SPEAKER_01:I don't know. It's something about the outdoors always appeals to me.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:And I think that's why it's probably kind of got my attention a little bit more.
SPEAKER_00:I don't love Radiator Springs Racer. I think it's okay. It's fun. It's fun. Between the line how long the line is.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. That's a single rider line all the time.
SPEAKER_00:If we do the math, yeah. It's not my favorite ride.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Break down the line time plus ride experience.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, like I would never buy the single rider or the lightning lane for that one. Right. Which it's because it's an individual pass. Right. But I would go do the single rider, especially in the morning because there's no line in the single rider. Right, single rider's fine.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:I came up with a lounge and a restaurant.
SPEAKER_00:Oh, okay. You went crazy.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. So table service restaurant, because I don't think that there's enough good, like lower end table service restaurants in Magic Kingdom. There's a lot of quick service and there's a lot of high-end. Liberty Tree Tavern is probably kind of in there. And Skipper Canteen are kind of the lower end. So something along those lines, but another one, because I think they just need another one. But comfort food, but Rocky Mountain region. Right. So this could be hatched chili something from New Mexico, but it could have bison burgers or country fried steak or I just changed my idea. Yeah. Yeah. So foods along those lines. Just the real biscuits and gravy. And they could do a breakfast, but just in that, like that region and stuff, and beef and lamb and things like one of the things I was so I actually was Googling what are some iconic Rocky Mountain foods and stuff. And but they mentioned trout. So might be uh, you know, I don't know how well that would go over, but you know, that's a possibility. But one thing I saw, so huckleberries. Okay. So thinking about like an ice cream or a dessert place, it just does everything huckleberries.
SPEAKER_00:You like that.
SPEAKER_01:I I think that I would be game for that.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, that's funny.
SPEAKER_01:But I also did a lounge, and the problem is it's a beer and whiskey lounge. Because that just fits with the western theme, like beers and whiskeys.
SPEAKER_00:But it had to be like a reservation beer and whiskey lounge kind of place in Magic Kingdom.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Can't be a walk-up.
SPEAKER_01:But and the problem is, is you couldn't call it like well, you could get away maybe a saloon, the something saloon, Piston Peak Saloon, or something along those lines. That was my idea, is it just has to be beer and whiskey. Okay. As the theme of that's interesting. Yeah, so multiple types of beer, multiple types of whiskey. Right. That's good. I think the if you got the theming right, it'd be great.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, that's a good idea. So my idea was uh I had a picnic area restaurant where it's an outdoor picnic because it's like a restaurant park. But after you were talking, I like the idea of like a wagon train. Oh, and then an outdoor thing or like a chuck wagon thing. Chuck wagons, that's the name of the restaurant.
SPEAKER_01:Chuck wagons.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, so after you were talking about the kind of food you would serve, yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Big plate of pork and beans. That's what you want to eat in the crowded theme park.
SPEAKER_00:That's a great idea for a restaurant. Yeah. The big wagon sitting out where you walk in, it's like a conestoga wagon.
SPEAKER_01:But can you imagine like you just go sit in the wagon? Oh yeah. I think that's great. Like there's some outdoor seating, but like the wagon seating as well.
SPEAKER_00:I have wagon seating for four. Yeah. My drink is Sally's sangria. Okay. Just a simple sangria. Sally the little Porsche car and cars. Okay.
SPEAKER_01:I'm just thinking that the theme. Sangria is not really maybe southwest the southwestern. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:That's where we're at. Okay. Yeah. Southern Arizona. There you go. This is in right outside of Fort Lachuka, one of my homes. So that's what I have for the Piston Peak National Park.
SPEAKER_01:Should we do Pandora Avatar next? So it's the movie Way of Water themed, from what I understand.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, there's so many rumors around this. Yeah. Everyone's just saying stuff.
SPEAKER_01:So it is going to be where Monsters Inc. the ri Mike and Sully to the Rescue. Is that the name of it? Yeah. Yeah. So it's going to be in there. And I did Hay Bricky did a video on where he thinks it's going to start and where it'll end. I think it's the Hyperion. Hopefully, they do something with the Hyperion.
SPEAKER_00:We can say that every episode because we always wish this and it's not going to happen. Yeah, there's not shows. There's no shows at Disneyland.
SPEAKER_01:So it's just to have a big water ride, like an e-ticket water ride. Uh-huh. I think I've read potential one smaller ride. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:The information is all rumors everywhere. There's nothing. So I ranked it last.
SPEAKER_01:So it what it is with the water ride is because they show a water ride in all the artwork. It's like the Maleficence roller coaster.
SPEAKER_00:But why don't they just say something?
SPEAKER_01:I know. Because of probably how long it's going to take.
SPEAKER_00:Or they don't know yet.
SPEAKER_01:I think they do.
SPEAKER_00:Probably.
SPEAKER_01:There's I mean, they might still be working on it.
SPEAKER_00:They like to sit on stuff too and get us excited. Well when no one's excited about it anymore.
SPEAKER_01:You know when we'll find out about the final avatar and the final villains land in the opening day of the ride? D23 next year.
SPEAKER_00:When it pops up on their lightning lanes. There you go. For a$200 individual lightning lane.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:So. Where'd you rank it?
SPEAKER_01:I ranked that fourth. It is slightly above villains. Yeah. Although I, in my mind, probably about equal right now. They're the two. And these are my rankings are how excited I am to see them. And that one, it's like, meh, because Pandora at Animal Kingdom just isn't. It's cool looking, but because it closes so early, you never get to see it at night. And that's when it looks really incredible. It's small. So meh, it just they're not, it doesn't build the excitement.
SPEAKER_00:And that's why I have it last. Same idea. I like the ride at Animal Kingdom. But I don't love the land. The land looks pretty cool. Yeah. There's not much to it, like you said.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:It's just kind of there. I feel this is gonna be the same thing.
SPEAKER_01:Although.
SPEAKER_00:And it's the only big thing Disneyland's adding.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Which it kind of sucks.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, and they haven't. I wonder if they'll do more information about Disney Forward next year, D23. We'll see. But they do need to absolutely transplant 100% Satole Canteen. Because that that's good food.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, I don't think they'll I don't think they'll transplant anything though.
SPEAKER_01:At least I mean I don't care if they call it Satole Canteen, but they need to do like the same type of menu.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah. I think the only I mean, is the only place they've done that as Galaxy's Edge to transplant a whole exact restaurant into the other park. I think so. Yeah, they don't do that really. Unless they make the whole land, they're gonna make something different. Yeah. Try to have a Southern California flair.
SPEAKER_01:Menu. Just the menu. Well, that's the thing, is a lot of the Satoli Canteen reminds me it seems more Californian.
SPEAKER_00:So that's your restaurant?
SPEAKER_01:Setulic and the same type of drinks and same food. There's not a lot of drinks or places to drink necessarily there. So I don't know. You know, maybe they'll have like Pongo Pongo with the because you tried one of those, didn't you? When you went with Christy?
SPEAKER_00:Yes, but I don't remember which one it was.
SPEAKER_01:It was a blended drink.
SPEAKER_00:Yes, we each had one. She had the non-alcoholic version, and I had the alcoholic version. That's why I learned about Disney World is it different than Disneyland. You know, at Disneyland, they have it's a yellow cup if you're having an alcoholic drink. Oh white one if you're not. Okay. And they gave me two white cups at Disney World, so I asked her, because I said at Disneyland, it's a yellow cup, because I never ordered a non-alcoholic beverage. It's only been alcoholic beverages. She said the non-alcoholic drinks have Disney characters rimmed around them. Okay. Because Disney characters don't drink. No. That's what she said. That was funny. Yeah, so she got cast member compliment for being hilarious. For being funny. Yep, you get cast member compliments for jokes with me. So yeah, so my restaurant is called Taste of Pandora. It's a fancy eatery with all like infused foods, like fusion. Fusion, okay. And make it like Pandora with a Pandora twist. So it's up to the chef to what a Pandora twist is, of course. Make them different foods. Like a fancy chef from like a Michelin star chef comes in. So like the Thule Canteen. Well, kind of but fancier. So fancier. High-end foods, high-end drinks. And my drink here is the Maple Bacon Manhattan.
SPEAKER_01:Do they need that though? Or do they need another high-end restaurant at DCA? Why wouldn't they? So they've got the Italian place.
SPEAKER_00:They'll do plenty of business. Yeah, this is true. There's gonna be a reason for someone to not go to one of the restaurants in downtown Disney and get a ticket to the park to go to this restaurant. Yeah. So it's gonna be nice. Okay. And it's gonna be different. It's gonna be a brand new, there's not a restaurant like it. It's not gonna be someone else's restaurant. Kind of like Space 220. Kind of the vibe around that, but with some chef that's like totally inventive. Like out there. And so the maple bacon Manhattan is whiskey, vermouth, maple syrup, and with a bacon garnish. Sounds great. Sounds bacon. Yeah, bacon. But you I got you a bacon. Yeah. So that's our avatar land. Our last one is Tropical Americas, Animal Kingdom. Aaron.
SPEAKER_01:Yes.
SPEAKER_00:That's our last one we're talking about.
SPEAKER_01:I was looking at Satuly Canteen if that was fusion. I think it is fusion. I think he just fancied those up. I'm not letting this go. Okay, anyway, Puebla Esperanza. Tropical Americas. Right.
SPEAKER_00:Ranked number two for me. Okay, number two. I have it ranked number three. And my reason for number three is all about the Indiana Jones ride. I think Indiana Jones ruins the whole vibe. They should have just kept it cocoa and Encanto, in my opinion. The entire land should have been that and something. They could have done a great Coco.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, they could have done a really good cocoa in that dinosaur.
SPEAKER_00:We've talked about this before.
SPEAKER_01:The spirit animal. Like if they're riding the back of one of the spirit animals.
SPEAKER_00:They could do all sorts of stuff.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. And that's what I thought that they the problem is Cocoa is not considered. This is South America. I know, but it's it's Cocoa is Mexico.
SPEAKER_00:I know.
SPEAKER_01:I know, but but that's why. Well, yeah, but come on, you can put Indiana Jones anywhere.
SPEAKER_00:You could make a Utah ride with Indiana Jones. Yeah, so that's what I discovered fossils, dinosaur fossils, and they just they took the easy way out.
SPEAKER_01:I hope they kind of mellow it out because dinosaurs just rough. I don't dinosaurs okay. I like Indiana Jones, yeah. Disneyland. I'm not a huge fan of dinosaurs.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, it is rougher.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. So anyway, they have the Casa Majigal ride. Could be great. No idea what it if it's gonna be like a water ride-through, slow-moving, like a Pandora type of thing, or if it's gonna be something completely different, a little high speed. Yeah, who knows? But it'll Indiana Jones, and then they have the carousel.
SPEAKER_00:You like a carousel?
SPEAKER_01:I think the theming and the aesthetics on this is gonna be really incredible. So I'm looking forward to this one, just to at least get a picture of it. So I have a South American-themed lounge. So aesthetically, the reason I went with number two for this one, aesthetically, I think this is gonna be one of the best, potentially the best looking lands.
SPEAKER_00:Right, and that's why it would have been number two or one for me if it wasn't for the Indiana Jones round. Really? It's a good way. That's what moved it to three. If it would have just been even if it's kicked off back there in the back where you can't see it, yeah, but still part of the land. It just ruined it for me when I was ranking them. I get it.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, there's sometimes stuff like that can ruin it.
SPEAKER_00:And conto's my jam.
SPEAKER_01:It is.
SPEAKER_00:I watch it all the freaking time.
SPEAKER_01:So South American themed lounge with I want them to have a Kuiperina. Okay, yeah. You do. Yeah. You got excited when you said that. Kuiperinhas are really good. It's muddle lime cachaça, which is like a Brazilian rum shaken. Yeah, that's that's some good stuff.
SPEAKER_00:Maybe some simple syrup. Maybe if it's too if it's too tart. Simple syrup. Yeah, so my restaurant is outside of the ride. It's outside the ride, so you can still see the casito. Okay. It's still there. It's part of the restaurant, kind of. Because you can see the backside of it or the front side, wherever the ride goes. And uh it's an outdoor party. Okay. And there's music, there's lamps everywhere.
SPEAKER_01:Okay, you don't think that they should just convert restaurant a saurus to well, that's probably what they'll do. Then that's probably what yeah.
SPEAKER_00:That's probably what they'll do. That's the easiest way. But yeah, something Restaurant Saurus is too much a cafe style for me.
SPEAKER_01:It is. They'll probably have some indoor seating with some AC, but it would be a great outdoor area.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, they're gonna tear it all apart for me.
SPEAKER_01:With the town square, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, yeah, lights and the whole yeah, lots of music.
SPEAKER_01:Party atmosphere, party atmosphere. Thinking South American quick service out of there. So more Peruvian, Brazilian foods as opposed to and so savory over spicy.
SPEAKER_00:Okay.
SPEAKER_01:Because I think South American is more savory. Okay. So if they went with a high-end, like a Brazil grill, like a gaucho, where they just bring around like skewers of meat and all you can eat, and they're just hacking off chunks of meat onto your plate.
SPEAKER_00:I think if you made your own Disney park, I think one of your lands would be restaurant land.
SPEAKER_01:Restaurant land, yes.
SPEAKER_00:Just a land full of restaurants.
SPEAKER_01:I thought about when we did the week, they'll go to the park.
SPEAKER_00:I'm really excited over the restaurant.
SPEAKER_01:I do, because I think that they do a they can do a good job with it. You do a good job.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah. Yeah. So it's an outdoor party for me. Where's my drink? Oh, it's a simple Captain Morgan's pina colada.
SPEAKER_01:Is that South American?
SPEAKER_00:No, but it's my drink I made for this land. It's a pina colada. Has Captain Morgan's in it because I thought it sounded good. It's my it's my restaurant, also. You'll order it. I'll sell a bunch of them. You probably won't outsell your drink.
SPEAKER_01:No, you won't.
SPEAKER_00:I would.
SPEAKER_01:No, because people will want to buy a Kuiperina to say that they've had a Kuiperina.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, but some people will, but everyone will get they'll have one of those.
SPEAKER_01:No.
SPEAKER_00:They'll sell like mad.
SPEAKER_01:They'll be like, why are they selling this tropical?
SPEAKER_00:South Seas drink. Oh, sorry, we're out because we sold them all already. That's what I'll say. We're out of Captain Morgan's again. I just was looking at a Captain Pedia Colonel and I saw Captain Morgan's and I really liked it. It looked like a great drink, so don't bug me. It's my restaurant. I choose Captain Morgan's. I'm going to sell the crap out of him.
SPEAKER_01:Puebla Esperanza, the failures.
SPEAKER_00:Biggest is drink Dizzy's ever had.
SPEAKER_01:I wonder what their biggest drink is.
SPEAKER_00:I know, but you're saying Captain Morgan's a pirate, right? Seriously.
SPEAKER_01:Well, he's a pirate.
SPEAKER_00:So we're having Indiana Jones there, and he's been all over the world. So is this Captain? The Captain was been there. He's been there.
SPEAKER_01:I need to look this up.
SPEAKER_00:What are you looking up now? Has Captain Morgan ever been to in Canto Land?
SPEAKER_01:What part of the world? Who knows what he's doing here? Our Pina Coladas.
SPEAKER_00:Captain Morgan was a pirate. He came there, he brought a pina colada-based drink with his rum.
SPEAKER_01:Oh. Pina coladas are from Puerto Rico.
SPEAKER_00:There you go.
SPEAKER_01:That's kind of close. Pretty close. Right where a pirate would be a good thing.
SPEAKER_00:So you're against the drink. I'm against the drink. And you tried to argue it because so I'm saying they had a pina colada already. Captain Morgan came up. He was going to pillage the land, right? So here's the story. This is a backstory, Aaron. You're missing my backstory. Okay.
SPEAKER_01:What's your backstory?
SPEAKER_00:So Captain Morgan was going to pillage the land. He pulled up to tropical Americas.
SPEAKER_01:Pillaged like a village.
SPEAKER_00:He was going to pillage it, but then he was like, they invited him in. And he was so awestruck. And so all his men came in and they partied. And he said, You try my room? And then boom. Totally works. It tracks.
SPEAKER_01:Oh, I misspelled pina. Oh no, it autocorrected.
SPEAKER_00:In a groove here with the pina colada. That is all of our parks, though.
SPEAKER_01:That's all that's all of them. Monsters Inc., Puebla Esperanza, Piston Peak, Pandora, Avatar, whatever they're going to call it, and villains like that.
SPEAKER_00:I think we can sum up that we're excited for all of them and we have no idea what's going to happen. I'm going to be happy with all of them. Like any one of these could be number one. Yeah. Any one of these can be number five.
SPEAKER_01:So that's what I think. I think it's Puebla Esperanza is going to be ready first, then the Monstropolis, then Piston Peak, and then Pandora and Avatar, I think, are going to be last. That's the order I think that they're going to be finished.
SPEAKER_00:Right. So what do you guys think?
SPEAKER_01:Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:Like dib it.
SPEAKER_01:But anyway, my drink is gone. Yours is you've hardly touched it.
SPEAKER_00:It gives me something to argue with you about Pina Clause after this.
SPEAKER_01:Yes. Cheers. Cheers.
